Tears of Metal community stats

Compare each hero with the upgrade families used in complete runs. Two-family synergy upgrades are ranked as their own paired build archetypes.

Import runs from your game folder

Select individual lineLog_*.csv files, or connect this folder:

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Paper Cult\Tears of Metal

The files are read in your browser, and only normalized run metrics are added to community statistics. A connected folder is rechecked while this page is open and when you return if browser access is still available. It does not run while the website is closed.

GameDB Companion starts with Windows, watches the same Tears of Metal folder in the background, queues safely while offline, and updates community statistics without reopening this website. The same app supports every GameDB logger module.

FiltersAll runs

Challenge level is the number of Challenge modifiers enabled for the run. Battle difficulty is the Easy, Average, or Hard value of an individual map.

A win means the run reached Act 3 and ended in victory. Defeats and abandoned runs remain in the denominator; incomplete logs do not. Every active filter, including Challenge level, is applied before any metric or ranking is calculated. Build archetypes count a family once when it appears anywhere in that hero's complete run. A two-family synergy upgrade creates its own paired archetype instead of a generic Synergy row. Adjusted vs hero is the smoothed win-rate difference from that hero's overall Act 3 win rate under the same filters. Archetypes are ranked by adjusted vs hero, runs together, observed Act 3 win rate, average act with deeper runs first, then a stable hero and family tie-break. Upgrade families are ranked by adjusted Act 3 win rate against the filtered overall average, runs, observed win rate, average act, then family name. The 95% range communicates uncertainty. Expand an archetype to see its most common complete-build upgrades and charm performance. Association does not prove that a choice caused the result.

Hero + upgrade family build archetypes

A family is counted once per hero run. Synergy upgrades keep both component families, such as Wallace + Burning / Chain Synergy. Expand a row for the upgrades and charms most often used in that archetype.
