September 8 bug-fix patch
Tears of Metal fixes for Seraphic Blade unlocks, multiplayer healing, Companion upgrades, rewards, and crossplay.
Crossplay remains temporarily disabled on the latest version. Use Steam's Crossplay beta branch to play the older compatible version with other storefronts.
- Seraphic Blade unlocks immediately upon collecting every piece. Multiplayer no longer bypasses the requirement to finish a campaign with Wallace first.
- Heartening Fighter has its intended radius. It and Blood Communion can trigger at full Health.
- Companion x3 requires only Companion x2. Enemy Status damage uses the same multiplier across all three Acts.
- H.W.'s requested item is random; the offer depends on rarity and Act. Excessive discounts no longer prevent shop purchases.
- Pending rewards survive a level ending. Boss projectiles count as Ranged Damage for unlocks and achievements.
- Poison Trail does not damage allies. Multi-Fuse Bomb cannot trigger itself.
- Connection errors, client save mixing, healing, objectives, unlock tracking, and controller rebinding received fixes.
